Are you going on any adventures this month?
Welcome to August, everyone! Are you going on any adventures this month? Maybe you’ll find your way across the waves to VBS where there will be splishing and splashing through the Bible with lots of wiggly children! Maybe you’ll be traveling in your mind with the help of travel shows or social media pages.
Bless To Me
These beautiful images of gratitude … They are signs that we are in the present, in the moment, and remembering that God - Father, Son, and Holy Spirit - are with us in all the moments.
Summer Blessing
May God bless these summer weeks … May God bless the memories summer brings … May God bless our belonging … May God bless you this summer.
Holy Remembering - Holy Week … Holy
Remembering is important to us - and some are better at this than others. My husband remembers details of houses we’ve lived in, people’s names from 25 years ago that I don’t remember. I am grateful for the time to be on my own pilgrimage of sorts.
Sharing The Love Of God
It’s February. We associate this month with many things like African American History and U.S. Presidents. For many, the first thing that comes to mind is Valentine’s Day. Stores already have hearts, flowers, and candy in front of us to help everyone prepare for the next big holiday on the calendar. It’s important to take time to celebrate our spouses and romantic partners. However, with so much talk of love in the air, let’s be sure not to forget that love is much bigger than that in the eyes of God.
Happy New Year 2022!
When we think about looking into a new year, we talk about plans, what we are hoping for, what God is hoping for from us. The scripture we so often turn to is Jeremiah 29:11. I found myself at the beginning of Jeremiah looking at how God called Jeremiah in the first place.
