Building Connections to God, the Church, and Each Other

At Pendleton Center United Methodist Church, our youth ministries are vibrant and engaging. We believe in creating a space where young people can learn, grow, and connect with God and each other. Growing in faith and commitment to God is the most important thing you will ever do. We have regular meetings with Youth Group, a special winter Youth Retreat each year, and more opportunities to get involved.

Our church is committed to nurturing spiritually grounded, compassionate, and empowered young individuals. Jump in, get involved, and if you already are, spread the word and bring others along!

Explore the various programs and events, and don’t hesitate to reach out if you have any questions!

For a more efficient start to our programs, we ask you to fill out a registration form for your youth before their first attendance. This will help us better understand their needs and ensure a smooth and enjoyable experience for everyone.

Join us for Youth Group at the church! Youth are invited for a fun night of fellowship, team building, devotions, scripture, spiritual guidance, large group and small group time, and, of course, snacks! Our goal is to always let God’s light shine through each one of us, as we see each of our unique personalities come alive.

Youth Retreat
7th-12th Grade

Each year, usually in January, we go to Camp Findley for an amazing, fun-filled weekend jam-packed with fellowship and learning God’s word. The Youth Retreat is for all youth in 7-12th grade. Young adults are welcome to join us and help lead, connect, and be a role model for our youth.

For more information, contact Adrienne Demmin.

Confirmation Class
6th-12th Grade

Confirmation classes offer youth the opportunity to learn more about the Christian faith and what it means to be a disciple of Christ. Through discussions, activities, field trips, exploration of ministries in the church, and a retreat, youth will develop a more personal relationship with Christ, with pastors, with each other, and with Christian leaders as they prepare to become members of the church.
