What Child Is This?

In 1865, William Chatterton Dix wrote the poem that became the beloved carol β€œWhat Child Is This?” This Advent, we’ll explore that question in all its depth - looking at the world Christ was born into, its trauma and injustice, and the echoes we still feel today. Even so, the carol reminds us that God is truly β€œpresent with us,” bringing Hope, Peace, Joy, and Love right into the hardest places.
